Solar Eclipse – Saturday 4 December

Dear devotees, 

Due to the solar eclipse on Saturday 4 December 2021 the Temple will be open as follows:

•Morning: 7:00am – 1:00pm 

•Evening: 3:30pm – 6:45pm

The stars which fall on the following raasis should do remedy; mesham , thulam , vruchikam , thanushu. 

The following changes have been made to the Temple’s pooja schedule:

•3:30pm Temple opens 

•4:00pm Reciting of Pillayar Kathai

•4:30pm Sri Vakrathunda Vinayagar Abhishekam 

•Followed by daily pooja and Sahasranama chanting 

•6:45pm Temple closes

The Temple Canteen will be open between 4pm and 6:45pm. No changes to the lunch hours of the Canteen.
